  Another great night at Cardwell Beachfront.
We called to book and found Michelle and Lee had retired and met Kelly and Chris on our Friday stay. Room was immaculate as always, drinks on back veranda at dusk (byo) and a beautiful outlook and breeze.
With kids in Townsville, this is a great spot for us to stop for a night on our own and we've never been disappointed. Relaxing and calm.

  Stayed here a few weeks ago.  From the 1st phone call this tired traveler felt like the most welcomed person. Location location location!! Right on the water, took a walk along the path, how could you not? Great friendly hosts, clean room and did i mention the location? Honestly amazing!

  Wonderful hotel on the shore, with clean and well-equipped rooms with views from the front balcony across to Hinchinbrook Island. Managers are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed with a few friends the night before we commenced a multi-day hike on the island, and the managers supplied us with some great tips for the hike (the Stingose tip was invaluable), and allowed us to store a couple of bags with them while we hiked.
